My Bad Cholesterol Dropped 50 Points. Drop Yours, Too.

In the past 3 years, we've started making all our own meals and rarely go out anymore. I always quit my extremely high-stress job in 2023. By making healthy Paleo and Mediterranean meals and slowing down my life, my LDL has dropped from 150 to 108 without medications.

I've also added walking 9 miles a week and 3 yoga classes. If you want to lose weight and high cholesterol, stop eating the Standard American Diet (fast food, junk food, sugary drinks, and alcohol).
